FAQs

What size bin do I need?

The size of the bin you need depends on the amount of waste you have. For instance, a 7.5 cubic metre walk-in bin is equivalent to 8 standard 6x4 trailers.

What are front lift bins used for?

These bins are designed to stay on site for an ongoing service. Types of waste for these bins vary, refer to table for bins and waste types.

Can I overload the bin?

Due to OH&S requirements bins are to be loaded to water level only, the lids must be able to be closed. The driver will determine if a bin is unsafe to empty.

How high can I fill the bin?

You can fill the bin to water level only. If the bin is overfull the  operator may remove or require you as the customer to remove some of the material so that it is safe to transport.

What types of waste can be placed in the bins?

Our bins can handle general waste, green waste, and recyclables like paper, cardboard, plastics, and metals. For hazardous materials, please contact us for specific disposal options.

Can you handle large-scale commercial waste?

Yes, we offer comprehensive waste management solutions for businesses, including bulk rubbish removal and recycling programs.

My bin is full, what do I do?

Check when your next scheduled empty is, if you are unsure call our office and we can provide you with a calendar for your scheduled bin empties. You can then order an extra empty if required.

How often are bins collected?

We offer flexible collection schedules tailored to your needs, from regular pickups to one-off collections.
